At Skin Luxe, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books or items with obvious signs of use
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@skinluxeshop.com with your order details and photos of the product.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver directly.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Timeframes
- USA, UK, Mexico, Canada, and all European countries: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returning Items
To return your product, please contact info@skinluxeshop.com to receive the return shipping address and authorization.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
